The lyrics to this Kinks tune were found handwritten by Elliott and were revealed by JJ Gonson as part of an October 2015 auction for his famous Le Domino guitar that was used to record Roman Candle, along with typed lyric sheets for Collect to NYC and Bastard John, and other handwritten lyric sheets for “Little Maggie” and “Some Song.” Based on this, while we cannot say conclusively whether Elliott recorded this song or performed it live, if this was the case it would have been recorded during the Roman Candle/Cop and Speeder era (1993-1994).
